1. Use of the App

HabitStride is a habit tracking and productivity application designed to help users build routines, monitor consistency, and track personal progress.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• misuse or interfere with the app or servers,
• attempt unauthorized access,
• reverse engineer or exploit the service,
• use the app in any unlawful manner.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

HabitStride may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

Subscription pricing, billing periods, and available plans are displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies.

3. Free and Premium Features

HabitStride offers both free and optional premium features.

Some functionality may require an active subscription.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design elements, software, graphics, and trademarks related to HabitStride are owned by Quaruty, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the app without prior written permission.

5. Disclaimer

HabitStride is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or error-free operation of the service.

HabitStride is intended for productivity and personal organization purposes only and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quaruty, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of HabitStride.

In no event shall Quaruty, LLC's aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for HabitStride during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated or if misuse of the service is detected.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of HabitStride after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
